BDC encourages clients to become actively involved in their community by providing the level of assistance required for them to participate in approved activities of their choice.

BDC’s assistance may also include instruction in using Social Media apps such as  Facebook, Nextdoor Neighborhood App, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter.
